Mastering Feedback: Construct, Communicate and Conquer is designed for supervisors and leaders to elevate their leadership and communication skills through the nuanced art of feedback. It aims to equip participants with the knowledge and techniques to become proficient in fostering an environment of openness, continuous improvement and collaboration.
